The CPR Training You've Been
Meaning to Do

Most people would help in an emergency. They just haven't had a good opportunity to learn how. This is that opportunity. Comfortable. Well-equipped. At your location, with your people, on a weekend that works.

cardiac arrests happen outside hospitals every year in the U.S. Over 70% happen at home.

Cardiac arrests are unpredictable. Paramedics can't be everywhere. The most reliable solution is also the simplest: make sure enough people nearby already know what to do.

What You Get

Three Hours of Dedicated Practice

Small-group training with professional equipment, individual feedback, and enough time to build genuine confidence. Delivered wherever you are.

Your Own Equipment

Nine participants. Nine manikins. Nine AED trainers. Everyone practices at the same time on their own equipment. No waiting for your turn, no wondering if the feedback is really about you.

Real-Time Feedback

QCPR technology measures every compression: depth, rate, recoil. You get two printed performance reports: one at the midpoint, one after your assessment. You can see exactly how your technique developed over three hours.

Your Place. Your People.

We come to you. Your living room, your office, your backyard, wherever your group is comfortable. You pick the day, you pick the space, and you train with people you already know. No commuting to an unfamiliar classroom. No sitting next to strangers. Just a few hours, in a place that feels like yours, learning something that matters.

What Three Hours Looks Like

Short video segments, then immediate hands-on practice. The pattern repeats so you're building skill the entire time, not sitting and watching.

Learn & Practice

CPR & AED Fundamentals

The course alternates between short AHA video segments and hands-on practice in groups of about three. The cycle repeats through compressions, breaths, and AED operation, building to full scenarios. Your first printed QCPR report comes at the midpoint.

Awareness Topics

Recognition & Response

After the hands-on portion, the course covers recognition and awareness topics through AHA video instruction: heart attack recognition, stroke recognition, opioid overdose awareness, and water emergency awareness. These topics support your ability to recognize and respond to a wider range of emergencies.

Skills Test

Individual Assessment

The session wraps with individual, one-on-one skills testing and a second printed QCPR performance report documenting your technique. AHA certification eCards delivered within a few business days.

Private Course

Two Weeks to Practice on Your Own Terms

Most people practice CPR once every two years — during their recertification class. Private Course participants practice as many times as they want, with data tracking every session and an instructor reviewing every report.

What Each Participant Takes Home

After the in-person course, each participant takes home:

  • Laerdal Little Anne QCPR (adult) with Skillguide
  • Laerdal Junior Little Anne QCPR (child) with Skillguide
  • Laerdal Little Baby QCPR (infant) with Skillguide
  • AHA-brand AED trainer

Each manikin's Skillguide tracks real performance data — compression depth, rate, recoil, ventilation volume, and overall CPR score. These are the same metrics from the in-person session, but now participants can generate them on their own, at home, whenever they want.

The Practice

Participants are encouraged to complete at least 5 full practice scenarios during the two-week loan period. There is no upper limit. The equipment is yours to use as much as you like.

The Coaching

After each practice session, participants can email their QCPR report to the instructor. The instructor reviews every submitted report and replies with personalized feedback — what's improving, what to focus on next, and answers to any questions. This isn't a customer service email. It's the same kind of ongoing coaching relationship you might already use for fitness, golf, or professional development.

The Logistics

When the two weeks are up, participants schedule a carrier pickup using the prepaid, pre-labeled box provided. No trips anywhere.

Participants may keep any equipment permanently: manikins at $700 each, AED trainer at $200. Equipment not returned within 30 days is charged at those rates.

The certification is the same as any AHA course. The difference is what you're actually able to do when it matters.

Why Worth It

Built for People Who Keep
Meaning to Learn

This exists for the people who keep meaning to learn CPR but put it off because nothing quite fit. The timing was wrong, or the setting was wrong, or the thought of practicing in a room full of strangers was enough to say “maybe next time.”

CPR training doesn't have to be something you dread. With your own equipment, honest feedback on your technique, and a small group of people you already know, it turns into something you're genuinely glad you did.

Every session follows the same format: hands-on practice with your own equipment, real-time feedback on your technique, and a small group that keeps things personal. After three hours, you leave knowing you've become someone who makes the people around you a little safer. That stays with you.

Questions

Common Questions

CPR is the skill that saves lives in the first minutes of a cardiac arrest: compressions, breaths, AED. Three focused hours lets you walk away feeling genuinely good about one set of skills rather than vaguely familiar with ten things. The course also includes awareness topics like heart attack recognition, stroke recognition, opioid overdose response, and water emergencies, so you leave with a broader understanding of how to help.
The hands-on portion covers chest compressions (depth, rate, recoil), rescue breaths (mouth-to-mouth and pocket mask), AED operation, full CPR scenarios combining all three, and adult choking relief. The course also covers awareness and recognition topics through AHA video instruction: heart attack recognition, stroke recognition, opioid overdose awareness, and water emergency awareness. These aren't hands-on practice, but they're genuinely valuable and included in every session.
No minimum. The $2,500 flat rate applies whether you have 2 people or 9. At full capacity that works out to about $278 per person for three hours of hands-on training with professional equipment, delivered wherever you want it.
No, and there are genuinely great options at lower price points. This is a different experience with different equipment standards, and that costs more. Think of it like dining: there are wonderful meals at many price points. Choosing the higher-end restaurant isn't about the food being "better" - it's about a particular kind of experience. We offer sessions on select weekends with limited availability.
Absolutely. These are some of our favorite sessions. Families, friend groups, neighborhood gatherings, book clubs that want to do something meaningful together. Your living room works as well as a conference room.
Chairs. That's it. We bring everything else: manikins, AED trainers, projector, screen, printer, even portable power. If you've got space to spread out and a chair for each person, you're set. Nice weather? The whole thing works outside.
Yes. Book additional sessions at the same location, same day. Each session is $2,500 for up to 9 participants. Same 1:1 equipment ratios, same quality.
Yes. The Private Course covers adult, child, and infant CPR and AED in a single 5-hour session. Each participant also takes home Laerdal QCPR manikins for all three age groups as part of the Extended Practice Program — two weeks of continued practice with instructor feedback on every report.
AHA Heartsaver certifications are valid for 2 years. We'll reach out before your team's expiration to schedule recertification.
More than okay. Many of our participants are complete beginners. The AHA video walks you through everything step by step, and you practice in small groups with your own equipment, so you can work at your pace without feeling watched or rushed. You'll leave with a genuine foundation and the confidence that comes from real practice.
After every Private Course session, each participant takes home a Laerdal Little Anne QCPR (adult), Junior Little Anne QCPR (child), Little Baby QCPR (infant), and an AHA AED trainer — each equipped with a QCPR Skillguide that tracks compression depth, rate, recoil, ventilation, and overall CPR score. Participants practice on their own for up to two weeks, generating a data report after each session. Email the report to your instructor and you'll get personalized feedback on your technique. We recommend at least five practice sessions; there's no upper limit. When you're done, schedule a carrier pickup with the prepaid box we provide. If you'd like to keep any of the equipment, manikins are $700 each and the AED trainer is $200. Anything not returned within 30 days is charged at those rates.
The price covers a private 5-hour session at your location anywhere in the continental U.S., covering adult, child, and infant CPR and AED. Every participant trains on their own Laerdal QCPR manikin and AED trainer. After the session, each participant takes home a full set of QCPR manikins and an AED trainer for two weeks of continued practice with Skillguide data tracking, personalized instructor feedback on every submitted report, and prepaid return shipping. AHA Heartsaver certification included for all participants. One price, regardless of location.
Each participant gets a pre-labeled, prepaid shipping box. When you're done practicing, schedule a carrier pickup from your home — no trips to a shipping location. If you'd like to keep any equipment, manikins are $700 each and the AED trainer is $200. Equipment not returned within 30 days is charged at those rates.
