The CPR Training You've Been
Meaning to Do
Most people would help in an emergency. They just haven't had a good opportunity to learn how. This is that opportunity. Comfortable. Well-equipped. At your location, with your people, on a weekend that works.
cardiac arrests happen outside hospitals every year in the U.S. Over 70% happen at home.
Cardiac arrests are unpredictable. Paramedics can't be everywhere. The most reliable solution is also the simplest: make sure enough people nearby already know what to do.
This Is What 1:1 Looks Like
Every participant gets their own manikin and AED trainer for the full session. No rotating, no waiting, no sharing.
Three Hours of Dedicated Practice
Small-group training with professional equipment, individual feedback, and enough time to build genuine confidence. Delivered wherever you are.
Your Own Equipment
Nine participants. Nine manikins. Nine AED trainers. Everyone practices at the same time on their own equipment. No waiting for your turn, no wondering if the feedback is really about you.
Real-Time Feedback
QCPR technology measures every compression: depth, rate, recoil. You get two printed performance reports: one at the midpoint, one after your assessment. You can see exactly how your technique developed over three hours.
Your Place. Your People.
We come to you. Your living room, your office, your backyard, wherever your group is comfortable. You pick the day, you pick the space, and you train with people you already know. No commuting to an unfamiliar classroom. No sitting next to strangers. Just a few hours, in a place that feels like yours, learning something that matters.
What Three Hours Looks Like
Short video segments, then immediate hands-on practice. The pattern repeats so you're building skill the entire time, not sitting and watching.
CPR & AED Fundamentals
The course alternates between short AHA video segments and hands-on practice in groups of about three. The cycle repeats through compressions, breaths, and AED operation, building to full scenarios. Your first printed QCPR report comes at the midpoint.
Recognition & Response
After the hands-on portion, the course covers recognition and awareness topics through AHA video instruction: heart attack recognition, stroke recognition, opioid overdose awareness, and water emergency awareness. These topics support your ability to recognize and respond to a wider range of emergencies.
Individual Assessment
The session wraps with individual, one-on-one skills testing and a second printed QCPR performance report documenting your technique. AHA certification eCards delivered within a few business days.

Two Weeks to Practice on Your Own Terms
Most people practice CPR once every two years — during their recertification class. Private Course participants practice as many times as they want, with data tracking every session and an instructor reviewing every report.
What Each Participant Takes Home
After the in-person course, each participant takes home:
- Laerdal Little Anne QCPR (adult) with Skillguide
- Laerdal Junior Little Anne QCPR (child) with Skillguide
- Laerdal Little Baby QCPR (infant) with Skillguide
- AHA-brand AED trainer
Each manikin's Skillguide tracks real performance data — compression depth, rate, recoil, ventilation volume, and overall CPR score. These are the same metrics from the in-person session, but now participants can generate them on their own, at home, whenever they want.
The Practice
Participants are encouraged to complete at least 5 full practice scenarios during the two-week loan period. There is no upper limit. The equipment is yours to use as much as you like.
The Coaching
After each practice session, participants can email their QCPR report to the instructor. The instructor reviews every submitted report and replies with personalized feedback — what's improving, what to focus on next, and answers to any questions. This isn't a customer service email. It's the same kind of ongoing coaching relationship you might already use for fitness, golf, or professional development.
The Logistics
When the two weeks are up, participants schedule a carrier pickup using the prepaid, pre-labeled box provided. No trips anywhere.
Participants may keep any equipment permanently: manikins at $700 each, AED trainer at $200. Equipment not returned within 30 days is charged at those rates.
The certification is the same as any AHA course. The difference is what you're actually able to do when it matters.
Built for People Who Keep
Meaning to Learn
This exists for the people who keep meaning to learn CPR but put it off because nothing quite fit. The timing was wrong, or the setting was wrong, or the thought of practicing in a room full of strangers was enough to say “maybe next time.”
CPR training doesn't have to be something you dread. With your own equipment, honest feedback on your technique, and a small group of people you already know, it turns into something you're genuinely glad you did.
Every session follows the same format: hands-on practice with your own equipment, real-time feedback on your technique, and a small group that keeps things personal. After three hours, you leave knowing you've become someone who makes the people around you a little safer. That stays with you.
